Lizzie Haynes

Lizzie qualified as a Dental Hygienist from Eastman Dental Hospital, London in 1989. She then read Law at The Open University as obtained a Diploma in Sociology and Criminology in 2004, before studying at the Inns of Court School of law on the Bar Vocational Course. Lizzie was called to the Bar in July 2007.

Lizzie is still a practising Dental Hygienist and is registered with the General Dental Council. She is currently practising in private general practice in London and subsequent to that worked in the NHS at Queen Mary’s Hospital London in the Maxillofacial Unit treating patients with facial trauma, cleft palate, and oncology. She also spent time in the burns and plastics unit.

Since being called to the Bar, Lizzie has qualified as a Mediator with Clerksroom. She understands the need for mediation at the earliest opportunity especially within a clinical environment whether in the NHS or Private sector. Her technical knowledge of dentistry is a great asset in any mediation which touches on her areas of expertise.

Lizzie is currently Administrator to the Civil Mediation Council and Registrar to Trust Mediation
