Will You Refer My Case To Another Organisation If It is Outside of MDS's Fields Of Expertise?

Yes. MDS subscribes to the European Code of Conduct for Mediators, and would not undertake a case if we felt it was not appropriate for us to do so. We have links with a number of other highly respected mediation service providers and would be happy to recommend one to you.
