Is My Case Suitable For Mediation?

Almost all cases are suitable for mediation and a mediator can become involved at any stage of a dispute. MDS will assess your case and if it is not suitable for mediation, explain why. One example of a case that would not be suitable for mediation is a situation that involved an allegation of criminal behaviour
